Due to a late departure in Berlin, we could not make it to the connecting flight in FRA on time (it literally closed the gate in front of our eyes) but the Lufthansa staff on the ground quickly provided us with hotel and taxi vouchers and re-booked us (there was a big line, so the wait was long, but they were super efficient), our luggage was kept at the airport so we did not have to wait for it and carry it all to the airport for one night. Also, their customer service in reimbursing us was great, very quick and uncomplicated.
