Cancellation Policy

KLM offers a flight cancellation policy that allows customers to cancel their flights and receive a full refund without any penalty or administration fee. This policy applies to all types of tickets, including those that were cancelled within 24 hours of booking, was cancelled and not rescheduled, were rescheduled, had flexible ticket conditions, was cancelled due to delayed flights, intercontinental flights, a passenger’s death, visa denied, or denied boarding on a confirmed ticket.
